El apartamento esta reformado, está ubicado en una de las zonas más céntricas de la ciudad, a su alrededor encontramos diferentes lugares de ocio para disfrutar, restaurantes, bares, parques, a 5 minutos tenemos la plaza de toros y le museo de bellas artes, a 8 minutos andando tenemos la estación de tranvía y el acceso a todas las paradas de autobús por donde pasan todas las lineas de autobús, a 2 minutos andando tenemos la universidad de la merced.
El apartamento esta amueblado, dispone de salon comedor con tv, balcón exterior, un baño completo y amplio, cocina equipada y lavadero.
Es un piso ideal para compartir con estudiantes.

🕛 CHECK-IN TIME:
- Check-in: Monday to Saturday till 20:00
- Late check-in fee (after 20:00h, Sundays or holidays): 30€ - 50€
🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person.
- If the check-in and administration process takes longer than 1h there will be an extra cost: 30€/hour
- Rental periods: September to January or February to June.
- The rent must be paid between days 10 and 15 of the previous months. Never later.
- The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received. The deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant
- Parties are not allowed in the flat.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets or animals are not allowed
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
