Landlord Policies Payment method: bank transfer, credit card, paypal, cash.
Check-in: at the apartment.
Check-out: Exit cleaning fee to be discounted from the deposit.
Documents required: ID / Passport
For self-employed: Last income tax return
For students: University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property

For Professionals: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
