Room in a renovated apartment on Torrecedeira street, next to green areas, the historic center a 5-minute walk away, 5 supermarkets, the University of Engineering and the Mar de Vigo auditorium - UNED University and the 2 largest libraries, and in front of the gym more cheap from Vigo €20/month, all on the sea side and with the bus stop for the university of Vigo in front. Monthly expenses, which are charged separately, usually do not exceed €50/person (electricity, water, gas, garbage). The hot water is natural gas, and the electric heating is with individual radiators and a flat rate, as well as a catalytic one that heats the entire living room and hallway. Garbage is a price set by the local government and water too, although the apartment is quite hot as it is an attic and perfect in hot weather as it has the terrace and the roof.
