The newly renovated apartment has retained the flavor of a village house in some details and has been tastefully furnished, with a preference for shades of white. It develops on two levels: the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the upper floor.At the entrance there is the dining room with a table for 4, and the separate, compact and well-organized kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners. Next to it, the living room with flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. Also on the ground floor, there is also a small service bathroom with toilet and sink.Going up the staircase, there are two double bedrooms, with large wardrobes to store your wardrobe, and in the anteroom a romantic balcony to enjoy a magnificent lake view. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with modern and large shower.A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The picturesque town of Gandria is only 7 minutes’ drive away.How to arrive:If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Rose Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building. You can park in two public parking: one on the first bend of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with time disc and one after the second bend, with pay public parking spaces. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus n. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at "Viganello, San Siro" stop. Here, take the bus N.10 (direction Castagnola Capolinea) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at "Ruvigiana, ex Clinica" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
