Brilliant stylish studio in Born. This luxurious studio, located in one of Barcelona's best areas, provides you with absolutely anything you may need. The charming little flat is a perfect destination for any vacation seekers that do not like hotels and prefer to stay at a temporary "home" rather than a rented room. And this studio is pretty much the best of both worlds. It may seem small, but this Swiss Army knife of an apartment really packs quite a punch. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen with a micro-wave, stove, fridge, coffee-maker, and even a washing machine. Other amenities include an elevator, a TV, WiFi, heating and air conditioning. The small study-desk is perfect in case you cannot affort to completely forget about work, and the charming balcony makes it very difficult to refrain from a morning cup of coffee. The bathroom adds even more tastefulness to the design, with its graphite tiles, beautifully contrasting the gentle warm purple walls. Also, don't forget that if you are a group, we provide more apartments in the same building, so there is no need to look for separate places to stay.
The apartment is located in Born. It is extremely close to the heart of the city center, being only 5 minutes away from Plaza Catalunia. Furthermore, you can easily walk to Parc de la Ciutadella and Arc de Triomf, as well as the famous Barcelona Zoo. The beach is also at a walking distance from your doorstep, and so is the main nightclub area. The area is also flooded with public transportation (buses, trams and metros).
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month
