Perfecto apartamento en Barcelona. Ideal para estudiantes y amigos que vienen a pasar una estancia mensual en la ciudad, este piso se compone de 3 habitaciones, una individual y 2 habitaciones dobles.
Decorado con tonos cálidos, que se matizan con mucha presencia de madera, el espacio se define por un largo pasillo que dibuja sus formas. Se culmina con el comedor, donde destaca un amplio y cómodo sofá negro, encarado a una TV de pantalla plana sujetada a una pared de piedra, aportando un tono sofisticado. En el comedor, encontramos también una moderna mesa con sillas transparentes.

Las habitaciones son funcionales y cómodas.
En las habitaciones: sábanas y toallas. En la cocina: utensilios para cocinar, sartenes, vasos y cubertería.
Todo el piso tiene WIFI y vistas exteriores a la calle.

El apartamento está situado muy cerca del Mercat de Sant Antoni y la estación de metro del mismo nombre, que conecta rápidamente con cualquier rincón de Barcelona. A pocos minutos se encuentran el museo MACBA, la Biblioteca Nacional De Catalunya y gran variedad de fantásticos restaurantes internacionales.

Perfect flat in Barcelona. Ideal for students and friends who come to spend a monthly stay in the city, this flat consists of 3 bedrooms, one single and 2 double rooms.
Decorated in warm tones, which are tinged with a lot of wood, the space is defined by a long corridor that draws its forms. It culminates in the dining room, where a large and comfortable black sofa stands out, facing a flat screen TV attached to a stone wall, providing a sophisticated tone. In the dining room, we also find a modern table with transparent chairs.

The rooms are functional and comfortable.
In the bedrooms: sheets and towels. In the kitchen: cooking utensils, pans, glasses and cutlery.
The whole flat has WIFI and exterior views to the street.

The flat is located very close to the Mercat de Sant Antoni and the metro station of the same name, which connects quickly to any corner of Barcelona. A few minutes away you will find the MACBA museum, the National Library of Catalonia and a variety of fantastic international restaurants.

NORMAS // RULES
Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:

1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.

2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.

3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.

4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.

5- ✨ Importante: HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TASA ADMINISTRATIVA ANTES DE RECIBIR LAS LLAVES

6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes.

7- Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir.

8.-Política de llegadas:

Lunes a Viernes:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Libre
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Fines de semana y festivos
15:00 - 21:00: €30
21:00 h. - 23:00 h.: 50 euros

Para llegadas después de las 23:00, consulte las tarifas son diferentes.

IMPORTANTE:

Es posible rentar como mínimo 32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.

A partir de las 22:00 horas. a las 8:00 am. usted debe estar tranquilo. No se permiten fiestas. No se permite fumar. Si la policía llega al apartamento o los vecinos llaman al gobierno/policía, será desalojado del apartamento y/o tendrá que pagar una multa.

- El apartamento no dispone de alimentos (ni café, sal, aceite, azúcar). - Proporcionamos a los huéspedes un kit de atención de bienvenida (1-2 rollos de papel higiénico). Siempre hay toallas y sábanas.

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.

4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
