The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Wifi included as well as towels and bedsheets. Washing machine in the building , that you can use anytime free of charge. The property has elevator. Perfect studio ideally located , top location. Plenty of local markets, if you are foodie, plenty of nice little restaurants. Feeling to live right in the city.
If customer needs a parking space, we can provide one about 15 min from the property.
Wifi access is included. Utility bills (electricity , wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated based on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. You will be charged 90 euros/month for all utilities. Not 90 euros for each utility.
