🛏️ This is a private bedroom in a 4 room apartment where you will share two bathrooms and a kitchen. You will have all the equipment needed including a double bed, kitchenette, desk and chair, plenty of storage units and wardrobe. All-utility bills are included in the price, so you don't need to worry about anything!

🏠 In addition to the room, there are great communal spaces where you can interact with other residents and feel part of the community. Our communal spaces include a gym, cinema, study areas, several lounges, communal kitchens, laundry room, courtyard and roof-top terrace with a swimming pool. The perfect environment to study, rest, socialise and simply enjoy!

📚 Booking Process after paying:
- Complete the admission form (the information to include must be that of the future resident) and pay the reservation fee of €150 to reserve a place (non-refundable).
- You must send us the duly completed form and proof of payment corresponding to €150 to our email address.
- Once the place is confirmed, you can formalize the reservation by signing the contract that we will send you via email and paying the deposit (€800 refundable).

⚠️ Please note:
- Most of the pictures are renders, they are as accurate as possible but some details might change.
- You will have to bring your own bedding and kitchen utensils.
- The washing machines and driers require coins to be used.
