El precio es de 220€/mes. Este precio incluye el uso de la habitación con TV con mando, armario grande, mesa y silla de escritorio, mesita de noche, espejo de cuerpo entero, menaje completo de cocina, cocina con todos los servicios, baño y lavadora, internet fibra 300 mb, y consumo de agua fría.
Está situado a 5 minutos andando del centro de Ponferrada, a 5 minutos de la Estación de Tren. Hay todos los servicios cerca, la para de bus a 200 metros para moverse por la ciudad. El parque del Temple enfrente. Se puede ir a todos sitios caminando y la calle no tiene salida, no hay tráfico, muy tranquila para descansar.
El depósito es el equivalente a un mes de alquiler, 220€.
El edificio no dispone de ascensor.
