Flat Description
The building is completely new and located in the city center, so everything can be reached by walk. The apartment is in one of the main shopping streets of Sevilla, 3 minutes from the Cathedral and 8 minutes to the metro station at Puerta de Jerez. In this building there are two apartments - one is on the first floor and another on the second, so all your neighbors will be Erasmus students too! Your apartment will be on the 1st floor. This apartment contains 8 bedrooms 3 bathrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second. Each room has a king size bed of 135 cm., desk and wardrobe.
The room price depends on the size of the room and access to the balcony .
