This new renovated penthouse is located perfectly with walk distance to city center (Malaga Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Larios Street, etc)
Our penthouse is very close to the river. As soon as you are on the other side, you will be in the old town of Malaga. All interesting places are within walking distance such as the Plaza de la Constitución (500m) the Larios shopping street (600m), the 'Museo del Vino', 550m, the Picasso Museum (1100m) and the Malaga Cathedral (1000m) If you wish enjoy a day at the beach, 'La Malagueta) is 2.8 km from the property and we recommend taking the walk along the Paseo del Parque, which has different types of trees and is also a good idea when it's hot. The Rosaleda Stadium is 1.2 km away. If you come by train from the airport or the train station, the distance to the flat from the station is 1km (Centro Alameda station)
This penthouse has been recently renovated. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You will have a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, etc. The bathroom offers a shower. If you need to do laundry, there is a 'Lavomatic' on Calle Pelayo, 600 m from the property. The television is Smart TV and you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc with your own account.
To consider:
Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
