Juan de Mena holiday apartments are located in a newly built building. They are very modern and cosy.
The two Juan de Mena penthouses have magnificent terraces / solarium with views of the city.
Both have their own bathroom and separate kitchen, with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Although these apartments are the cheapest we offer, you will find everything you need and enjoy all our personalized services.
These studios are located in a newly built building, on Calle Juan de Mena, just 800 meters from Calle Larios, and 300 meters from the historic center of Malaga, on the Costa del Sol.
It is an ideal location for those who want to have everything at hand, but have a tighter budget.
Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are only 800 meters away. The Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater are less than 1 kilometer away. Teatro Cervantes, Carmen Thyssen theater, Picasso's birthplace and the Picasso Museum are just 500 meters away.
The port is less than 1 kilometer away. We recommend that you do not leave Malaga without visiting the new area of the port, Muelle Uno, which, thanks to recent improvements, has become one of the most beautiful promenades.
Regarding public transport, you can get to Juan de Mena by bus or by car, because there are more parking possibilities in this area than in the historic center.
To consider:
Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
