The location of the flat is ideal for students or people studying/working south of the river. To Seoul National University, it's a 10-minute bus ride. By subway, you can reach Hongdae in 25, Gangnam in 10, Jamsil in 25 minutes.
The flat is located within walking distance from exit 1 of the Nakseongdae subway station and is located in a quiet residential area. Convenience stores, bakeries, coffee shops, banks, a post office, a supermarket, and a traditional outdoor Korean market are all reachable by foot within 2-3 minutes.
