Our flat is a spacious 3BR fully furnished apartment at West Bay (near to Qatar Engergy metro station), shared between 3 international girls. As one is moving out, we are looking for a female flatmate as friendly professionals, non-smoking and not really party style, who appreciate calm, cozy and clean environment to share the flat.
 
This apartment in Dareen Tower is nicely designed with spacious living room and modern kitchen, with amazing West Bay skyscraper view and balcony where you can enjoy it. The ensuite bedroom has its private balcony, private bathroom and built-in wardrobes.
 
Facilities in the tower: fully equipped gym, top floor indoor swimming pool, table tennis room, recreation room, basement and outdoor parking, reception lobby and 24/7 maintenance and security. By 3 mins walk, you can access the restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy at the Ezdan Hotel area. It is close to the the metro station of West Bay QP (QatarEnergy).
 
Monthly rent is 4450 QAR, it's available around early to mid Nov 2024; one month rent to be paid as security deposit. The rental includes all utilities: water, electricity, AC and internet/wifi.
