A pleasant place, 10 min walking distance to the beach and 10 min to our fantastic city park. Nearby a bus stop.
The apartment is a Duplex, the room is on the second floor while the common areas are in the first floor.
You can feel free to use our common areas, as well for the fully equipped kitchen.
