This property benefits from a fully fitted kitchen and a 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from the boat that leads to Cais Sodré.
The boat leaves every 20 minutes.
Bills Included up to a maximum of €30 per month.
Extra per additional tenant: €100/month
Check-in during weekends have a cost of 30€.
In order to assure the reservation the tenant is required to pay the first rent + Roomless service fee through the platform.
After the reservation is confirmed by the landlord, the tenant will be required to pay directly to the landlord a service fee of €100 + the last month of rent in advance.
Cleaning services once a week have a monthly cost of 30€.
