Casa Eduardo is a residence in Lisbon (Amadora) with six (6) rooms and one (1) bathroom, aimed at students and young professionals. It is located between the Metro of Amadora Este and a few minutes from Reboleira (10 minutes).
The rooms are furnished with a bed and set of sheets, duvet and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and waste bin. In-room TV is available on request.
The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless internet throughout the house, and cable TV in every room and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.
The kitchen has 2 (two) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied network of local commerce, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks.
In just a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro station of Amadora. The house is centrally located, allowing it to be served by a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!
All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, and monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.

Utilities are included until EU 40,00 per month. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the excess amount must be made separately.

The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.
