The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the Alameda metro (green/red line) and close to several bus stations.
The property has been completely renovated and is close to several supermarkets and all kinds of shops.
The bedroom is fully furnished, with a double bed and quality mattress.
The house has air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, fridge, hob and oven.
