This lovely house is well-appointed with all you could desire during your stay, and it's perfect for couples or friends traveling together. Situated in Vila Real de Santo António, a small town with a grand appearance but a pleasant relaxed ambiance, it can accommodate up to four people and counts with a big private patio. The town is ideal for visitors who are wishing to experience the traditionally slow pace of life of southern Portugal. You can relax in the open-air cafes that surround the Praça Marquês de Pombal or gently stroll around the large marina and banks of the slow-flowing Rio Guadiana. We look forward to hosting you in your new summer home!
The Space
Situated in Vila Real de Santo António, this house is well-equipped to accommodate 4 guests, with a well-appointed kitchenette that comes with all the appliances you could require for the preparation of a delicious homemade meal, a bathroom with shower, towels and toilet paper for your convenience, a living space with a couch and chairs, and a big private patio, with some sun loungers and a seating area, where you can enjoy your meals while taking advantage of the lovely weather.
This house has AC for your comfort, to make this the perfect choice for your holidays in Algarve.

House Rules
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
