The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options:.

1) Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, in case you answer us your arrival time in the message that we will send you the day before the stay, or inform us by email or telephone at any time..
2) If you do not inform us of your arrival time 24 hours before check-in, you can come to our Welcome Center in Vilamoura at any time from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, where you can collect the keys to the accommodation..

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability on request)..

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, (hidden) reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost..
