Fixed utilities and administrative costs amount to 500 PLN per month (for one person). The price includes heating, hot and cold water, electricity, waste disposal, taxes, and fees. An additional person incurs a fee of 200 PLN. Please add these costs to the rent. The refundable deposit is 2500 PLN.
