A SHORT TOUR:
This beautiful house build in 2010 is located in the new neighbourhood Vleuten. It's fully furnished an it includes a private parking and a front-back garden. When you enter the house you will see the big bright living room. The dining table, big bright windows and the sitting corner including the 50inch flat screen television makes it a cozy place. The kitchen welcomes you to make your favourite meal. All facilities you will need, you will find: dishwasher, (deep) freezer, gas hub, water kettle, oven, microwave, etc.
On the first floor you will see it's a spacious house. You will found out there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom(including rainshower) and a washing room/storage room. One bedroom includes a queensized bed and a big wardrobe for all your (seasonal) clothing.
This house is perfect for a family or expats who will work in Utrecht or Amsterdam (and surroundings).
Vleuten is located west to Utrecht. In 2020 there are 50.000 inhabitants and is seen as a vinex district for young professionals and starting families.
Vleuten has a train station, Vleuten station, on the Utrecht - Woerden - Leiden / Gouda - The Hague / Rotterdam railway line. In both directions, 4 trains per hour depart on weekdays during the day, at least 2 trains per hour at other times.
The price includes: Rent, Internet, Netflix (if available) and monthly cleaning. Please be aware there will be a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay.
Energy bills are excluded. During the check in we can help you with this as well.
Also, if you choose to pay the rent six months in advance, you will get 3% discount additionally, if you choose to pay the rent one year in advance, you get the double of that.
We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver clean rooms/house with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care.
Once a month, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences. However, you do need to take out the garbage, do the dishwashing and maintain your own room.
