This apartment is available on a monthly or long term rental between October to end March at a rental of Euro1600 including maid service once a fortnight. Electricity is additional on monthly or long term basis. From April to October it is available ONLY on a short term basis at a rate of Euro160 per night or discounted weekly Euro1050 in spring and Euro185 per night discounted to weekly Euro1180 in the summer months.  Short term rates include water and electricity.
