Single room for rent in San Gwann

We are renting out a cosy private bedroom in our 2 bedroom groundfloor maisonette.

The place is ideal for students looking for a place for a couple of months or someone looking for temporary accomodation and is closely located to the University. Bus stops in various directions are 2 minutes away on foot and even St.Julians and Paceville can be reached on foot in 20mins. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and gyms are also just 5 minutes on foot away.

The place offers a huge backyard, a well equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. Internet and bills are included. Weekly cleaning of common areas is done weekly, it is up to you if you would like to have your room included in the cleaning.  Bed linen and towels are provided. 

We do have 2 dogs and 2 cats so being pet friendly is a must :) We are a small family who occasionally have visits from 2 older children and love to socialise but also respect your privacy in case you prefer to be alone.

Our languages are english, german, maltese and italian if anyone wants to practice their language skills :)
