Iklin - Room with use of pool from €435/month

Do you want a nicely furnished,  clean, comfortable room in a central area?  We have two rooms available with weekly maid service, bed linen and an equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and courtyard inclusive of water, electricity, gas for cooking and Wifi.  Price is €435/ month for SINGLE USE or €550 per month for TWO PEOPLE sharing (for stays of 3 months plus) with  use of washing machine and outdoor pool and garden. ( A/C extra charge). 5 minutes away from supermarket, 25 minutes away on foot from University or 20 minute bus ride from Valletta.  Bus stop just outside the door. Short stays  €30/ night for single use €25 per person/night - two people.  Minimum stay 5 nights. AVAILABLE END September/beginning of October
