You'd be sharing the kitchen and bathroom and flat with 2 Americans. 

This is a rooftop flat in centrally located Gzira, 2 minutes from the seafront and 5 minutes from the university.

The room is small but private, and has everything you'd need.

The price is €220 per month, all bills included, with a €250 security deposit which will be returned on 2 conditions: 

1. You give one months notice on the 1st of the month before you leave.

2. Nothing is damaged upon your departure.

There are no contracts, this is on a month to month basis.
