One double-bed room is available to let in a large, quiet, clean, newly refurbished home. The apartment is in a central area close to all supermarkets, restaurants, bus lines, and within walking distance of Valletta, Gzira and Msida. 
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, air conditioners, ironing board and wifi. 
Persons must be tidy and respectful of their neighbours.
Rates are €390 per room per month for 1 person or €490 per room for two people (rooms can accommodate 2 single beds). €150 security deposit and first-month rent will be required to move in. Costs include internet, gas, water and electricity bills. However, use of high-intensity utilities, e.g. as air conditioners is monitored.

Supermarkets, Food Stores & Food Shops 
There is a Lidl store that is close (10-12 mins by foot) to the home and there are several grocery shops circa 100 meters away. There are a few restaurants, shops that are within a 5 mins walking distance that are open till late at night. 
 

Accessibility (Bus Routes) 
The home is close to Malta's main bus stops. You only need to catch 1 bus to reach any part of the island. 
Car / Bicycle / Motorcycle 
If you use a bicycle or a motorcycle you can park it inside the garage. There's a space reserved for a car close to the garage.
