HTM HYBRID TOWER è situata nel vertice urbano che interseca Corso del Popolo con via Torino, in una posizione favorevole sulla direttrice che dalla stazione ferroviaria Mestre-Venezia unisce Piazzale Roma e si apre alla laguna di Venezia con servizi di trasporto frequenti che ne assicurano una connessione impeccabile.
Il grattacielo si sviluppa in altezza per 19 livelli e con i suoi 81m è il nuovo landmark iconico della città. La scelta di un principio ibrido, ribadito dal nome assegnatole, si esprime non solo nelle distribuzioni interne ma soprattutto nelle soluzioni formali. La torre avvicenda spazi collettivi a unità ricettivo-residenziali che dal quarto all’undicesimo piano presentano alloggi con ampie vetrate panoramiche e che dal dodicesimo al sedicesimo piano offrono terrazze a sbalzo e viste mozzafiato dello skyline di Mestre fino e della Laguna di Venezia. Gli ultimi piani ospitano un elegantissimo ristorante sormontato da una vasta terrazza che dona una vista panoramica a 360° che diventa impressionante al tramonto.
La HTM HYBRID TOWER è dotata di ampio parcheggio su strada, ed è situata a dieci minuti dal centro di Mestre, a pochi metri vi sono attività commerciali primarie e che garantiscono ai suoi ospiti la possibilità di fare shopping e conferiscono relax e svago.

REGOLE GENERALI
- Nel'appartamento è assolutamente vietato fumare
- Per favore non superate in nessun caso il numero massimo di ospiti ammessi, anche se non rimangono per la notte, senza previa autorizzazione
- Tutti gli ospiti devono rispettare una politica di buon vicinato e non devono intraprendere le attività illegali
- Rispettate i vicini e riducete i rumori tra le h. 22:00 e le h. 8:00.
- Non è permesso organizzare le feste.
. L’affittuario deve avere almeno 18 anni di età. Gli ospiti di età inferiore a quella minima devono essere accompagnati da un genitore.

- Non sono consentite fotografie o riprese commerciali nella proprietà
- L’uso delle griglie da cucina non è consentito se non indicato nei servizi offerti.
- L’ospite è responsabile per eventuali danni alla proprietà e si impegna ad accettare addebiti sulla carta di credito fornita qualora si verificassero danni durante il soggiorno. In caso di danni o problemi, contattateci immediatamente in modo che possiamo occuparcene.
- Se si versa qualcosa difficile da pulire, chiamateci immediatamente!
La violazione di queste regole può essere penalizzata fino a € 200,00 euro

HTM HYBRID TOWER is located in the urban vertex that intersects Corso del Popolo and via Torino, in a useful position on the route that connects Piazzale Roma from the Mestre-Venice railway station and opens up to the Venice lagoon with frequent transportation services that ensure a connection flawless.
The skyscraper develops in height for 19 levels and with its 81m. it is the new iconic landmark of the city. The choice of a hybrid principle, confirmed by the name assigned to it, is expressed not only in the internal distributions but above all in the formal solutions. The tower alternates collective spaces with hospitality-residential units which from the fourth to the eleventh floor have apartments with large panoramic windows and which from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor offer cantilevered terraces and breathtaking views of the skyline of Mestre fino and the Venice Lagoon. The top floors house a very elegant restaurant surmounted by a vast terrace that gives a 360° panoramic view which becomes impressive at sunset.
The HTM HYBRID TOWER has wide street parking and is located ten minutes faraway from the center of Mestre, and a few meters close to primary commercial activities that guarantee its guests the opportunity to go shopping and provide relax and recreation.
ARRIVAL:
Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 19:00.
Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot
After 24.00 – NO SHOW.
Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.
The electronic key card for unit access is delivered during the check-in
Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.
Hallds is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: € 1 per day per person; minor under 14 years of age are exempt.
MAIN RULES:
- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is absolutely mandatory inside the property
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Pets are not permitted
- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- The use of the cooking grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
Breaking these rules may be penalized until €200.
Windows or their glass broken charge a refund from 1000,00 euro
