Located on the ground floor of a building on Via Maffia, a quiet street in the Oltrarno area, the apartment offers respite from the bustling tourist life of the historical center. Despite its tranquil surroundings, all the major monuments of Florence are within a 15-minute walk from the property.
The apartment features a blend of modern and antique styles across its 430 square feet (40 square meters). Upon entering, guests are greeted by a small entrance area with a table and closet. The living room includes a dining corner and a flat-screen TV, with the kitchen situated nearby. A staircase leads to the loft bedroom with a master bed and closet. The bathroom, complete with a shower, includes a small patio door leading to an internal area housing a washing machine and sink.

Included: Utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
Not included: Tourist tax (€4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, for guests over 12 years old), utilities (water, electricity, and gas) exceeding €70.00 for rentals over 30 days.
Security Deposit: €300.00 for stays up to 15 days, €1000.00 for stays between 16 and 30 days (with a valid credit card). Prepaid cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
