From the building authorities in the city there is a verbal permission given to create 4 parking places on the roof of that house with direct access from the street.
It is possible to move the main entrance and give access from the street coming in on the second level (first floor)
As it can be seen from the plans, it is possible to create 2 swimming pools, one on the front and one in the back.
