Trattandosi di una casa antica non c'è ascensore, ma le scale da percorrere, una volta arrivati in appartamento, permettono di toccare il cielo con un dito e godersi la quiete di Bormio, pur essendo in pieno centro.L'appartamento ha tutto a portata di mano: supermercato, negozi, bar e ristoranti. Una volta arrivati qui, ci si può completamente scordare l'auto. Vicolo Andreola 1 è la soluzione ideale per famiglie sportive o gruppi di amici desiderosi di scoprire il nostro territorio. L’appartamento dispone di una luminosa zona giorno con velux che guarda direttamenta la pista Stelvio, con smart tv, lavastoviglie, lavasciuga e tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici per un soggiorno confortevole, oltre a un nuovissimo divano letto matrimoniale; camera da letto matrimoniale, cameretta con due letti singoli e bagno. Completa l'appartamento un comodo disimpegno con divano ideale come angolo lettura e relax.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night

MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 4th 2025 and April 15th 2025 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 3rd April and 13th April 2025 included is not allowed.
