The apartment is renovated based on our students’ needs. Boasts WI-FI, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It is also located 1 minute away from the supermarket, pharmacy and bus stops, 2 minutes from the S.Trinità hospital and very close to the University of Cagliari, which can be easily reached on foot.
Monthly professional clean of the communal areas is also provided in this apartment. Price for 12 months contract.
