The Premium Studio is a studio with private bathroom, located on the 4th floor of the building and overlooking the inner park. The overall size is about 20 square meters, including the bathroom. The room consists of a study area with desk, chest of drawers and comfortable chair, a 120 cm bed, a wardrobe and a living area with table, stool and kitchen equipped with sink, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and two ovens: electric and microwave. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower.
