BEST LOCATION FOR YOUR STAY IN TURIN!
This apartment is indeed located in Piazza Vittorio, only a few walking minutes from "Palazzo Nuovo", and at the very centre of Turin's mundane life!
This TWO-BEDROOM apartment consists of two shared bedrooms (two bed in each room), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a wide 25mq terrace, accessible from each bedroom.
The price for staying in shared room N.(hidden): MONTHLY RENT + 245: all UTILITIES such as gas, electricity, water, heating, weekly cleaning, WIFI connection, broadcasting fee, waste collection taxes, condominium expenses, contract regulation and administration costs, and even your own damage INSURANCE!)
In order to book this shared room (for a minimum of 10 months) a DEPOSIT is required; The deposit includes three things:
- 255.- euro EARNEST MONEY (not refundable in the event of cancellation) (Caparra Confirmatoria);
- 675.- euro GUARANTEE (which will be returned after the expected end of the agreed rental period, except for unpaid fees, etc. );
- 500.- euro DEPOSIT (which will be returned after the expected end of the agreed rental period, except for damage, defects, etc.).
IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT:
- the rent will be increased by 60.- euros for the first six months.
- consequently, the rent will be reduced by 60.- euros for the second six months.
This is to guarantee that in case tenants decide to leave before the end of their rental agreement, utilities costs will still be covered. However, the cost of the rent remains the same: TOTAL DOES NOT CHANGE.
