A stunning 2-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous rooftop terrace is available to rent near the Martesana Canal in Lambrate. The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch and watch TV after a long day exploring the city, or sit down to a delicious meal with family or friends at the dining table. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a cool bar area. Both bedrooms have lots of natural light and access to the terrace, and each is well-furnished with cozy beds and plenty of storage space for all your things. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 2 and has a luxurious bathtub. In the other bathroom, you'll find a washing machine to use. You'll be living in Lambrate, a well-connected neighborhood to the northeast of central Milan. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and shops to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Milan! ***IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDTITIONS*** For this apartment the following rental condtions applies: 1) Electricty is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay).
RENTAL CONDITION:
- The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English.
- For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
