This fully air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment, situated on the fourth floor of a residential building with an elevator in the Carrobbio-Corso Genova area, offers a bright and comfortable living space spanning approximately 90 square meters. Continuing through the apartment, an anteroom provides access to the two bedrooms. The guest bedroom, with views of the courtyard, is equipped with twin beds and a closet, while the master bedroom offers a double bed, large wardrobe, and access to the balcony. The first bathroom, with a washing machine and tub, is accessible from the antechamber, while the second family bathroom with a shower stall is accessed from the master bedroom.
The kitchen and bathrooms feature tiled floors, while the living room and bedrooms are adorned with parquet flooring. The master bedroom and living room are equipped with a reverse heat pump system, providing both cooling and heating.
Included in the rental price are bed linen and towels, final cleaning, average gas, water, heating, and electricity consumption, internet access, a welcome service, emergency maintenance, and administrative charges. Please note that a city tourist tax of €3 per person per night will be applied, with a maximum duration of 14 nights.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
