Via Olmetto è situata nel cuore di Milano, nei pressi di piazza Missori, a soli 800 metri da piazza Duomo, godendo così di una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse in breve tempo.

Questo appartamento di circa 120 mq include anche un ampio terrazzo di circa 40 metri quadrati e si trova al primo piano con ascensore. Si presenta luminoso e molto silenzioso, affacciando interamente sull'interno.
L'appartamento si caratterizza inoltre per essere dotato di doppi vetri e di un sistema di aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti.
Si apre su un ingresso che conduce al soggiorno, arredato con una libreria, un divano letto singolo, un tavolo per quattro e una zona TV. Dal soggiorno si accede a tutti gli altri ambienti dell'appartamento:

This 120 sq. mt. apartment has a large terrace of about 40 sq. mt. and is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It is bright and very silent since it faces the internal side of the building entirely.
The apartment also features double glazed windows and air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment opens up onto an entrance leading to the living room, furnished with a bookcase, a single sofa bed, a table for 4, and a TV area. From the living room, you can access all the other rooms in the apartment:
- a double bedroom with 4-door closet and an area ideal for hanging clothes, including a chest of drawers;
- a bathroom with large shower;
- a further double bedroom with walk-in closet;
- a bathroom with bathtub that also acts as a shower;
- a large, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and furnished with an extendable table for 8 guests
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace.
The flooring is in parquet, while the bathrooms and the kitchen are tiled in stoneware.
