We rent a large 60sqm furnished one-bedroom apartment near Largo Marinai d'Italia Park/via Anfossi.
The apartment consists of a large living room with modern open kitchen (complete with utensils), windowed bathroom with shower, master bedroom with walk-in closet and a storage/laundry room.
There are also two large overhead storage rooms above the entrance and above the walk-in closet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, electric shutters and parquet flooring throughout the the whole house.
RENTAL TERMS:
In case of a company contract, the rent will be increased by 30%.
CONDOMINIUM AND UTILITIES FEES.
The monthly price includes condominium expenses and utilities.
Si ricorda che in caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, sarà addebitata una tariffa amministrativa di 100€ per coprire le spese di gestione e pratiche amministrative.
