Confortevole e luminosa camera singola disponibile in appartamento signorile dotato di tutti i confort. La camera dispone di un comodo letto una piazza e mezza (vi sono fornite anche lenzuola e coperte), armadio, scrivania e sedia.
Nella casa c'è un ampio salotto con divani per condividere piacevoli momenti con gli altri inquilini, una cucina utilizzabile (non durante orario notturno) e un comodo bagno.
La casa sorge in posizione centrale, in zona Loreto, vicino all'università del Politecnico, non lontano dalla metropolitana di Loreto e Piola, che raggiunge i centri di maggiore interesse della città con facilità. Siamo situati in una bella zona di Milano ricca di negozi, ristoranti, cultura e storia a portata di mano. Milano nord, zona residenziale.
La casa è situata a soli 5-10min di tram dalla stazione centrale, e in 8 minuti con la metropolitana (6 fermate) dal centro della città (Duomo).
La pulizia della camera avviene due volte alla settimana (martedi e venerdi) al prezzo di 20euro alla settimana, mentre la pulizia delle aree comuni tutti i giorni gratuitamente, cosi non vi dovete preoccupare delle pulizie!

Comfortable and bright single room available in an elegant apartment equipped with all comforts. The room has a comfortable queen size bed (sheets and blankets are also provided), wardrobe, desk and chair.
In the house there is a large living room with sofas to share pleasant moments with the other tenants, a usable kitchen with oven, microwave and kitchen stuff that you need (not possible to use it during the night) and a comfortable bathroom.
The house is centrally located in the Loreto area, close to the Polytechnic University, not far from the Loreto and Piola underground, which reaches the most interesting centers of the city. We are located in a beautiful area of Milan full of shops, restaurants, culture and history.
The house is located only 5-10min by tram from the central station, and in 8 minutes by metro (6 stops) from the city center (Duomo).

The monthly rent of 980euro is with all utilities included (water, gas, electricity, wifer connection).
The only extra cost is for cleaning: two time a week (tuesday and friday) we will clean your room for 20euro a week.
We will clean also common area of the house (bathroom, kitchen, living room) FOR FREE, so you don't have to worry about cleaning!
