La casa è composta da due camera da letto, un bagno e soggiorno con angolo cottura ed un piccolo balcone. L’appartamento è ideale sia per soggiorni di lavoro che per brevi periodi di vacanze grazie alla sua posizione in una zona ricca di servizi e ben collegata al centro città. La metropolitana linea B, fermata Bologna si trova a solo 230 m dall'appartamento e con questa linea si raggiungono tutti i luoghi d'interesse turistici in pochi minuti. Roma Tiburtina, la seconda stazione ferroviaria della Capitale si può raggiungere a piedi dall'appartamento in solo 16 minuti.
In questo quartiere non mancano le occasioni di svago, cultura, stimolo artistico e scambio interculturale. La piazza centrale di questa zona è caratterizzata da una forma circolare sulla quale convergono vie le vie come Viale delle Province che porta verso la Stazione Tiburtina o Viale XXI Aprile, dove si trova il comando generale della Guardia di Finanza ed il quartiere Nomentano mentre dal lato opposto alla piazza, è collocato il “Policlinico Umberto I” accanto alla sede universitaria “Sapienza”.

Cosy and bright 80 m2 apartment located on the ground floor and newly renovated in the Bologna - Nomentana neighbourhood. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room with kitchenette and a small balcony. The house is ideal for both business stays and short holidays thanks to its location in an area full of services and well connected to the city centre. The metro line B, stop Bologna is only 230 m from the flat and with this line you can reach all the main tourist sights in a few minutes. Roma Tiburtina, the capital's second railway station can be reached on foot from the flat in only 16 minutes.
In this neighbourhood there is no lack of opportunities for recreation, culture, artistic stimulation and intercultural exchange. The central square of this area is characterised by a circular shape on which streets converge, such as Viale delle Province leading to the Tiburtina Station or Viale XXI Aprile, where the general headquarters of the Guardia di Finanza and the Nomentano neighbourhood are located, while on the opposite side of the square is the 'Policlinico Umberto I' next to the 'Sapienza' university campus.

The apartment is on the ground floor but it is as if it where on a 1st floor and has an internal view and consists of two bedrooms a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony and a bathroom. Entering the house there is a small entrance hall, on the left there is the sleeping area with the one bedroom and on the right there is the second bedroom and living room with the kitchenette and the bathroom.
