The apartment, located on the second attic floor of a building dating back to the mid-nineteenth century which takes the name of Cort Longa, opens onto the open space living area furnished with a double sofa bed and an individual sofa bed, TV, dining table and kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and double sink. Comforts such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating are available to guests. *There are other accommodations inside the building.***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20***IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 2 guests.
