Cozy studio apartment in a strategic position in the historic center of Bologna. Equipped with sleeping area with double bed and large walk-in closet, double sofa bed, 52 "HD Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining / work table, washing machine, independent boiler, bathroom with shower. Unlimited wifi internet and air conditioning, towels and bed linens provided.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
