Cozy apartment well connected to the historic center of Bologna, in a green area, and a few steps from the local market of San Vincenzo and the university city.
The apartment, located on the third floor, opens into a hallway that leads to the living area which has a dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, and a kitchen complete with all accessories, including an oven and an espresso machine; from here it is possible to access the balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms furnished respectively with a double bed and two single beds, and both equipped with a desk each, ideal for working from home. The layout is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Guests have access to comforts such as air conditioning throughout the accommodation, free wi-fi, and central heating for the coldest days.
Bologna, called the "Learned" being the seat of the oldest Western University, the "Fat" for its food and wine excellence, and the "Red" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic center which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval buildings blends perfectly with modernity. Do not miss the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. Impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Bolognese Hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising all year round.
The central train station is about 10 minutes by car, while the airport is 15 minutes.
