Modern and elegant recently renovated apartment with fine finishes in the heart of the historic center of Bologna. Equipped with a double bedroom, spacious lounge with sofa and TV, equipped kitchen, marble bathroom and complete with everything, wifi, air conditioning, towels and linen included.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
