The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa, a television and a dining table. From here you access the independent kitchen well equipped with all cooking utensils, including an oven, a kettle and an espresso machine. Via a spiral staircase located in the corner of the living room, it is possible to reach the mezzanine floor where there is a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a desk, perfect for working from home. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout. Guests will have comforts such as free wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent heating for the colder days.
