Letto disponibile in una stanza in condivisione. Porzione di villa in Viale Roma, 8/3 con cucina ammobiliata e attrezzata, bagno spazioso in condivisione con doccia e bidet. Attrezzato anche di Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata e salotto arredato con divano. No residenza, solo domicilio! Non sarà possibile richiedere il permesso di soggiorno perché non è un contratto residenziale ma un contratto di ospitalità per motivi di studio. Le utenze di luce e acqua sono stimate e non reali quindi ad eventuale fattura più alta della stima iniziale verrà suddivisa equamente agli inquilini.
N.B.: la casa viene gestita dagli inquilini. Qualsiasi manutenzione o danno viene ripagata dagli inquilini. Fare notare al proprietario appena si entra in casa se ci fossero potenziali problemi tecnici relativi alla casa.
