This two-room apartment is located in the historical centre of Ceglie Messapica, one of the most ancient cities of Puglia, particularly strategic for visiting Valle d’Itria and all its beauty. “Il Violino” is at the first floor of an ancient building. With its name it pays homage to the music academy nearby and to owners great passion for music. It has been restored with expertise and therefor maintains the charm of the vaulted ceilings and the rough stone, typical of the local tradition. Organized and furnished to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay, the apartment is ideal for a couple: the double bedroom has an elegant wrought iron canopy bed. The bright living room is spacious and the warm powdery tones of the furnishings and fabrics, that blend perfectly with the light walls, and the floor, decorated with the original cement tiles, make the room particularly welcoming. The kitchenette, equipped with coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster, is perfect for preparing rich breakfasts, but also for trying to cook some traditional dishes. A modern bathroom, with a shower created in a large niche, completes the apartment. The apartment is less than 100 meters from the pedestrian area where there are some of the most renowned restaurants and clubs of the Valle d’Itria. “Il Violino” is situated in front of the studio “Sassofono”: both solutions can be booked together for a group of friends or couples with children.
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
N.B. Only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 13th and April 26th 2023, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 12th April and 23rd April 2023 included is not allowed.
