The house:
The apartment is a cozy and colorful place on the 1st floor of a building situated in the center of Athens, close to metro and bus stations. The whole flat is in a very good condition.
There are 2 bedrooms in the house, both very comfortable. The 1st can host 1 or 2 people (18 sq. m) the 2nd (15sq.m) can host up to 2 persons as well. The beds are real beds. Linen and towels are provided. Both bedrooms has big windows that access a  18sq.m wide balcony, perfect for sitting out in summer. The 1st bedroom is heated by gas heater during winter and the 2nd by an air condition.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen ware you may need to cook a nice dinner. There is fridge, electric cooker, microwave and water boiler available. In the dining room there is a wide glass table where you can enjoy your meal.
Wi-Fi internet available in the house and the balcony.
Washing machine is provided in the w.c..
All the house is very thoroughly cleaned. For me cleanliness is very important and I’d like to host like-minded people.
The apartment is a non- smoking place.
The location:
The house is situated near Pedio tou Areos, the old Archaelogical museum, and the National Technical University of Athens. This is a very central and convenient location to walk around the center or, if you want, to take transportation and visit another part of Greece. All kind of transportation is very near.  3 metro stations are in 10 min walk from the house (Omonia, Victoria, Metaksourgeio) and Larissis Metro station 15 min walk. Several bus stations are near and also Attica Coach and Thessaloniki Coach Station are within 5-7 min walk. The National Central Larissis Rail Station is 15 min by feet.
Famous Monastiraki area is 20 min by feet or 1 station by train. There is where all the sightseeing begins! Roman agora, traditional neighborhood of Plaka and of course the Sacred Rock of Acropolis is around there. Also Monastiraki is the place to go out and have a coffee, food or drink at night and enjoy the wonderful view of lit Acropolis. Tourists and locals choose this area for their evening/night walk and the place is full of life. But it can also provide more quiet choices if you prefer. Several bars, clubs, caffe’s and restaurants are in the area. Also you can find touristic shops and clothes/shoes stores there as well.
