•One 1st-floor apartment (90 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 living room/dining area. The 3 sofas turn into beds to serve 3 extra persons.
Outdoor: The house has a private roof garden, backyard, and balconies with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
