THE DECORATION
Simplicity, eco-friendly choices, and retro elements comprised a contemporary setting. In this light and airy apartment with plenty of space to enjoy you will notice the distinctive geometric patterns and wall colors as well as the antique furniture, especially upcycled by the Live in Athens team to nicely incorporate them into the modern interiors. The beautiful bed headboard is made of a restored door. The red touches add to the coziness of the room.

The apartment is well-served by the many different traditional and alternative shops and cafes in the area. You are also surrounded by some of Athens’ most popular spots – just moments away from Monastiraki Flea market, next to Thiseio and the archeological sites, a stone’s throw from Ermou Street, and a small walk away from buzzing Gazi. - Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:.30 and from 22:00 to 07.30 every day of the year (state law).
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments, even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace.
- There is no lift in the building. You must climb stairs.
- Security deposit for the high season May - October is 800euros.
